SH-7000 POLISHER This completely automatic solution eliminates the traditional work of manual drying with a cloth, generally not much hygienic task, and it not noly allows an appreciable reduction of manpower costs but also guarantees a constant quality that contributes to improve the image of your establishment. It dries and polishes stainless steel and silver cutlery in an automatic way.

Maximum hygiene and security. It is equipped with a germicide lamp of ultra violet rays that sterilizes the corn granulate (it dries the cutlery), destroying the common microorganisms, ferments, etc. - Hygiene and Security Directive from the EU 93/43/EWG-. There is only needed the help of one person to the manual introduction of the cutlery and the later collection. The wet cutlery, or directly from the dishwasher, are introduced in bunches through the superior entry in a continuous way. They get into contact automatically with a vegetal granulate; then they start a circuit together with a constant vibration, and both (cutlery and granulate) pass under the germicide lamp. At the end of the circuit a hot air fan is incorporated. This is an innovation that avoids the warm up of the machine before being used, the going out of the granulate outwardly, and it helps to finish the drying of the cutlery before its automatic leaving by the opening at the front.
